Leasing better than buying a server?

Organizations as well as individuals require the services of a server for internet hosting which in turn helps them provide their own website that can be accessed via the World Wide Web. People wanting to move away from shared hosting services to a non-shared service would have to choose either between purchasing, or leasing a server.
While purchasing, one may chose between co-locating or buying a private server. In Co-location, another company provides data center space and connectivity to your server. This helps you save a huge amount of money as you don’t have to worry about providing space in your own premises nor do you have to monitor the room conditions. However, server price depreciation is a big drawback. A server on lease would offer the same advantages without you having to actually purchase a server and worrying about its depreciation. A private server would also give you the benefits of non-sharing.
